Rental Policies
Rental Rates
- The tool rental day is 24 hours Monday thru Friday.
- Rentals picked up on Saturday between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm, are due back by 5:00pm and incur a 1 day rental charge. Sunday (Closed)
- Equipment picked up between 4:00 and 5:00pm Saturday is due back between 7:30-8:30am Monday for a 1 day charge.
- Overtime charges are 1/6 of the daily rate for each additional hour overtime.
- Long term rental rates are if given at time of pick-up or in advance.
- A one day rental rate for equipment with run time hour meters consists of 8 hours use within a 24 hour period. If run more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, an additional pro-rata charge will be made.
- If we deliver the machine, it is to be dropped off on the pavement. Once your rental is to be picked up, the machine has to be back on pavement. We are not responsible for getting stuck equipment out.
Terms and Conditions
- All rentals are paid in advance plus deposit on certain items.
- We charge for time out, not time used.
- Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
- All equipment is delivered in proper working condition; any damage or loss of rented equipment is the sole responsibility of the lessee.
- Charges will be made for damages and necessary cleaning.
- All reservations require a valid American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
- Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date will be charged the full amount of the rental.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
